Ronny G. - Guitar & Vocals

A Chicago native, Ronny spent eight years in Los Angeles where he worked with Guitar Shorty & fronted his own band The Blue Beat Revue. The Revue shared the bill with Doug McCleoo, James Harmon, Coco Montoya and supported blues legend Albert King.

Ronny returned to Chicago in the mid '90's and formed Ronny & the Rockits. His larger than life style is at the forefront that is shaping a new generation of blues artists. Ronny has worked in Chicago supporting blues great Koko Taylor and has performed with Eddie Clearwater, Chris Duarte, and Ronnie Baker Brooks.

When Ronny is not leading his Rockits he can be found playing with Dan Noland, Dawn O'Keefe Williams, The Doody-Hall Project, and had the honor of performing with the late great Emery Williams Jr. & Slick Willie Crazy.

Mark - Drums & Vocals

Mark has been playing drums ever since he bought his first set when he was 14 years old, and never took a drum lesson. He did some studio work when he wasn't playing in a band. Over the years, he's played in 5 different bands, mostly music from the 50's and 60's, but the last two were blues. Funny thing is, Mark has never owned a blues record and 90% of the songs that he plays with the Rockits he doesn't know the title of the songs or the artist.
